Named after my mother 春花. A humble hawker with a heart full of flavor, this space is a tribute to her legacy and the golden era of Singapore's rich food culture. Choon Hoy Parlor brings together the warmth of home-cooked memories with bold, reimagined heritage dishes-served with soul, spice, and story.
